Our Team

C. J. Jeyachander is the Co-Founder of Basix – Centre for Human Excellence, an organization dedicated to personal transformation, behavioural development, and leadership growth. With over a decade of experience in training, therapy, and coaching, he has facilitated learning for individuals, professionals, and organizations across India.

He is a Certified Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and an Advanced Hypnotist trained at the Suncoast Hypnosis Institute (USA), as well as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. He is also a Brain Gym practitioner certified by the Institute of Kinesiology, USA. He is a PCC credentialed coach from the International Coaching Federation. He also holds a Diploma in TA from SATA.

Beyond therapeutic work, he has been actively involved in leadership development and organizational training programs. He has also held leadership roles within Junior Chamber International (JCI), including serving as Founder President of JCI Bangalore Horizon and Zone President for Zone XIV.

Through workshops, seminars, meditation programs, and coaching sessions, he supports individuals in rediscovering their inner resources and achieving personal and professional growth.
