Our Team

Anuradha Jeyachander is the Co-Founder and Director of Basix – Centre for Human Excellence and has extensive experience in counselling, therapeutic practice, and educational training. Her work focuses on supporting individuals, families, and children in developing emotional balance, confidence, and personal growth.

She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NFNLP, USA), a Clinical Hypnotherapist (GHSc, UK), and a Hypnobirthing Practitioner. She has conducted counselling sessions for individuals and groups and has worked extensively with children, including supporting special children in developing independence and life skills.

Anuradha was also a pioneer in introducing Abacus education in Karnataka and has facilitated life-skills and academic development programs for more than 10,000 students. Her work includes designing educational content and training manuals in areas such as Vedic Mathematics, English communication, and early childhood education.

She also collaborates with organizations to develop behavioural training and soft-skills development programs, helping individuals and teams build confidence, clarity, and effective communication.
